Software Modules
Print Defect Detection
This feature is used to automatically find and highlight
differences in print quality from a stored master image.
Sensitivity can be easily adjusted depending on the
tolerances required. Image tracking is included with
this module.
Color Measurement Software
Allows the operator to measure and record the color
value of a defined area then compare to live image to
perform real-time color measurement. The color readings
can be plotted in a real-time histogram chart if the SPC
package is purchased.

Options to Consider
Statistical Process Control
This module can be used in conjunction with any of the
modules listed above for real-time graphing of
inspection data. Histograms can be displayed with
multiple camera or data inputs and the data can be
written to a comma delimited text file. The user can use
this file to generate reports in a spreadsheet.
Wider Field Of View
+4 diopter and larger hood (maximum field of view:

Alarm Light Stack
This option provides a visual indicator of pass, fail,
marginal and no read.
